Kuwait – LLRice601 found in imported American rice
On the 10th October 2006 Greenpeace reported that they had found GE rice contamination in Kuwait and the United Arab Emerites.
The following samples were found to contain traces of Bayer’s illegal LL601 GE rice when tested at an independent laboratory.
